Body Positive Lifting 101 – $175

Learn how to lift safely in this introduction to lifting course. This membership is for anyone who hasn’t worked with a barbell before or would like a refresher before heading into Group Classes. Here you’ll learn about our community and the ins and outs of gym etiquette at Liberation Barbell. For 6 weeks you’ll work through all the basics with a similarly minded group who are at the same starting point as you. Once you complete this course, you and your new friends will all be ready to head into Group Classes together.

Unlimited – $199/month

Become a part of the Liberation Barbell family. This membership is for anyone who has completed our Body Positive Lifting 101 class OR is already familiar with barbell lifting workouts. This membership includes monthly access to:

  • Unlimited Group Classes
  • Unlimited Open Gym

Powerlifting Club – $300/month

Be one of the first to join Liberation Barbell’s Powerlifting Club! This membership is for anyone interested in learning more and digging deep into Powerlifting as a focus. The club will be coached and led by nationally ranked Powerlifter, Jessica Wilkins. She will be writing individualized programming for members of the club and providing guidance during exclusive Powerlifting Club hours. This membership includes monthly access to:

  • Exclusive Powerlifting Club hours
  • Unlimited Group Classes
  • Unlimited Open Gym

Open Gym – $100/month

Do you already have your own programming and just need a great place to workout? This membership is for anyone who is already very familiar with barbell workouts and needs little to no oversight or guidance from a coach. This membership includes unlimited access during posted Open Gym hours (please check the Schedule to ensure Open Gym hours are conducive to your schedule). NOTE: During class times coaches may not be available to assist you and classes will have priority on equipment.

Drop-in Pass – $25/pass

Not ready for membership just yet or only in town for a few days and want to check out a class or use the gym to keep up with your own training? The drop-in pass is for anyone who is already familiar with barbell lifting workouts and wants to join a single class. It is also for anyone that has their own programming and needs little to no oversight or guidance from a coach to use the gym during open gym hours. This single drop-in pass includes access to:

  • One Group Class
  • Single Day Open Gym Access
