Body Positive Lifting 101 – $100

Learn how to lift safely in this introduction to lifting course. This membership is for anyone who hasn’t worked with a barbell before or would like a refresher before heading into Group Classes. Here you’ll learn about our community and the ins and outs of gym etiquette at Liberation Barbell. For 4 weeks, 90 minutes each week, you’ll work through all the basics with a similarly minded group who are at the same starting point as you. Once you complete this course, you and your new friends will all be ready to head into Group Classes together. (This class is held on Saturdays from 10-11:30 and the 4-week cycle restarts on the first Saturday of each month.)

Unlimited Group Classes – $199/month

Become a part of the Liberation Barbell family. This membership is for anyone who has completed our Body Positive Lifting 101 class OR is already familiar with barbell lifting workouts. This membership includes monthly access to:

Strength Club – $199/month

This membership is for anyone interested in learning more and digging deep into the back squat, bench press, and deadlift as a focus AND has already completed our Body Positive Lifting 101 class OR is already familiar with strength workouts. Because of the intensity of these classes, it is recommended that those interested in the Strength Club classes commit to attending all three classes per week with the other days being utilized for rest and recovery. This membership includes monthly access to:

  • Exclusive Strength Club hours
  • Unlimited Group Classes

5-Punch Pass – $125/pass

Not ready for membership just yet, only in town for a few days and want to check out a class or want to use the gym sporadically to keep up with your own training? The 5-punch pass is for anyone who is already familiar with barbell lifting workouts and wants to join any 5 group classes in a 2-month period. This single drop-in pass includes access to 5:

Single Class Drop-in Pass – $25/pass

Not ready for membership just yet, only in town for a few days and want to check out a class? Our 1-punch drop-in pass is for anyone who is already familiar with barbell lifting workouts who wants to join a single class. It is also for anyone who has their own programming and needs little to no oversight or guidance from a coach to use the gym during open gym hours. This single drop-in pass expires after a week and includes access to a group class or open gym on a single day.
